The Snelling Center for Government is a non-partisan, nonprofit organization committed to fostering responsible and ethical civic leadership. The Snelling Center for Government is pleased to announce that it is now accepting applications the 2015-2016 class.  Applicants of all ages, backgrounds and experience are encouraged to apply. Since 1995, the Vermont Leadership Institute has been offering intensive programs for leaders in Vermont’s private, public and non-profit sectors.

Lessons Learned from the Movement to End Violence Against Women

Transforming Communities Releases Report of 23 Grantees

In 2012, Transforming Communities launched a pilot project to build the capacity of 23 organizations working to end violence against women.

This week, they released “Growing Forward” Lessons Learned from a National Assistance and Training Program”The online publication includes highlights from the project, learnings and observations for advancing the movement to end violence against women and also included throughout the publication are downloadable tools and resources including training materials, articles, and videos.
