FEMA Update Three more counties have been added to the FEMA Individual Assistance Declaration (DR 4022 VT) which includes:  Lamoille, Franklin & Orleans.  Residents in 12 counties are now eligible to register for FEMA Assistance:  Addison, Bennington, Caledonia, Chittenden, Franklin, Lamoille, Orange, Orleans, Rutland, Washington, Windham & Windsor.
